To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for exchange. To return your product, call 561-837-3648 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to get return address information.
Sale items-Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item for exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will contact you to issue a store credit.
Late or missing exchanges (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a exchange yet, please track your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your exchange item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
